Prosper Rubino

Prosper has been with Lou Bachrodt for nearly 10 years and in the industry for almost 40 years! When he isn't at work he likes to antique and swim. Prosper enjoys that he is able to help people purchase new vehicles.

Lionel Vil is a Certified BMW and Volkswagen Sales Consultant. A former R+D and global business development professional. When he isn't at work he enjoys running, meditation and Thai cuisine.
Bill Rusch

Pushing 50 years in the business and still enjoys breaking down a purchase to help customers make the most of their dollars. When he's not crunching numbers for your deal, you'll find him enjoying life with his wife, three kids, and three grandkids. On a boat with a fishing rod in had is one of his favorite places to be.
Pat Bachrodt
Owner
Mr. Bachrodt serves as the Owner of Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall. Carrying a legacy from his father Lou, Pat has continued the family's success in the automotive industry. While Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall has been around for over an impressive, 60 years, Pat has been in the industry for over 65 years. Mr. Bachrodt enjoys golf and watching football. He is a Bears and Notre Dame fan. Pat has three children and two of them are also a part of the family business. Pat says he enjoys the business because he likes helping customers.
Rachel Bachrodt
Dealer/Operator
Rachel started working at the dealership when she was 16 years old and has almost held every position in the business, so she is very knowledgeable. When she is away from work her favorite thing to do is travel. She has been to over 30 states and 25 countries. Some of her favorite activities would include hiking, reading, and going to musicals. Her favorite type of cuisine is Mediterranean. When she was asked about the company Rachel said "I love that every day I get to work with such a great group of people who truly care about one another, and care about taking care of our community. The best part about the business is that every day is a different adventure. We continue to learn, and change, and meet the challenges of an ever-changing marketplace."

With over 30 years in the business Charlie loves being part of the Lou Bachrodt Family. "I love that we're a third generation family-owned dealer." Fishing, cooking, and family is what drives Charlie outside of the office.

This proud Army Dad is new to Lou Bachrodt but not the business, enjoying nearly 35 years in the industry. 30+ helping customers find their perfect Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles. "The people I meet are what I love most about the job. Where else can you help three generations of the same family find their perfect car, truck, or SUV?!" If he's not on the showroom floor you'll find him on the fairway, hitting the road with his Harley, or hunting down inventory for our amazing pre-owned car lot.

Joe K. Luy has been with Lou Bachrodt for 20+ years. With 5 kids, 12 Grandkids, and 1 Great Grandchild he certainly keeps busy! Outside of work Joe likes to explore the history of places he travels. His favorite foods include steak, chicken and pizza. Joe says he enjoys meeting new faces and building long lasting relationships with his customers.

The quick-thinker in the group, Tracy comes to the Bachrodt team from the world of radio. Her role varies by day covering marketing, social media, video production and more. "I'm new to the biz so I love being able to bring fresh ideas to the table and help the team think outside of the car box".

Ann has been an incredible part of the team for 30 years! During Ann's free time, she enjoys reading and playing with her grandkids. She is very happy that she gets the chance to work with a family, like the Bachrodt's. She also loves the variety of duties her position requires, so It never gets boring.

Colleen has been with the company for over 15 years. In her free time, she enjoys painting, gardening and shopping for antiques. Colleen enjoys the relationships with her co-workers and management staff. She also loves the fact that Lou Bachrodt offers a good work environment and the people are so giving.
