There isn’t much variance among the various powertrain options when it comes to gas mileage, according to the EPA. The base powertrain 30 mpg city, 31 highway, and 30 combined. The upgraded 1.3-L with the nine-speed automatic adjusts that to 29 mpg city, 33 highway, and 31 combined. Add the all-wheel drive, and you’re looking at 26 mpg city, 29 highway, and 27 combined. 

Interior features

The inside of the Trailblazer definitely has an SUV feel, with a higher driver’s seat and plenty of legroom for adults in the back. The base models come with plastic trim, but you can upgrade to chrome accents and colored trim. In terms of storage, you can fit about six carry-on suitcases in the back. Once you fold down the rear seats, that number goes up to nineteen. 

Infotainment & connectivity

The dashboard layout for the 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer includes an 8.0-inch digital gauge cluster plus a 11.0-inch infotainment touchscreen. Standard features include a USB-A and USB-C port, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and six-speaker stereo system. You can add on a Bose seven-speaker stereo system to the ACTIV and RS trims.
